Paul and Tom came out to us today and did the most marvelous job, we had a broken oven and dryer. They managed to fix both and checked out my dishwasher and washing machine all at the same time! They were both brilliant and helpful to say the least.

Great service from Paul and Tom for my broken tumble dryer, both friendly, helpful and fantastic service, was recommended by a friend, they came out and diagnosed the fault, it could’ve maybe been repaired but my old machine was old and made sense to replace, they had a replacement equivalent on the van and very reasonably priced too so decided to go for it, also took my old tumble dryer away which helped a lot, thank you both, highly recommended.

Paul and Tom came at 8pm after phoning them at 12.00pm to look at our 15yr old washing machine which had started to make a horrific noise when spinning. They explained the problem and how a part had broken causing the drum to move. The cost of repair would have been more than the machine was worth. They were able to supply a brand new Bosch machine off the van, which we agreed to and they installed and demonstrated it there and then. Took the old machine away at the same time. Very pleased with the response and service and would certainly recommend. Thanks

From start to finish – communication was top notch, and they worked effectively to resolve the problem with our dryer quickly – with back up ideas discussed incase Plan A needed to become Plan B. Paul and Tom of Ackomatics came round to see my leaky washing machine. They both wore masks and were courteous and friendly throughout. They carefully removed some panels to find the problem, which unfortunately revealed a broken outer plastic drum near the bottom – possibly caused by a coin or stone left in pockets. We tested this with jugs of water and they explained the problem clearly. Unfortunately it was not able to be repaired due to the position under the drum (leaking right onto the motor!). I was worried about not having a washing machine with visitors coming over half term, but brilliantly, they had some shiny new washing machines in their van, so we were able to get a new one, which they professionally installed and took away the broken one. So all sorted and thrilled to be washing again… ok, not thrilled ???? But extremely pleased to be able to get things clean, thanks to Paul and Tom.

Fantastic service from Paul and Tom ! They replaced a leaky Integrated dishwasher. A super service, fitted me in on a Friday night and practically rebuilt my kitchen for me after the damage. They supplied and installed a spanking new Bosch model, took the time to explain everything and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them . Thank you

Paul always replies to calls quickly and visits as soon as possible, even late into the evening.

We’ve had to call him a couple of times and he airways talking through the issue to de side the best way forward: fix if possible or replace.

Fantastic service. Paul & Tom came on a Friday evening to look at our tumble dryer. When we came to the conclusion it wasn’t financially viable to repair the machine, he came back an hour later with a new one. We will be using him again – thank you.

Paul responded pretty quickly and called later that evening. My dishwasher, which he inspected thoroughly was not going to be worth while repairing as it was over 8 years old. He had a new dishwasher on his ban and fitted it and took the old one away. Amazing service. Will use him again for my washing machine and oven. Many thanks.

Ackomatics are great, much better than any nationwide company who charge the earth and you have to wait days on end for them to turn up. Today I had a fault on my washer/dryer, I rang Paul this morning Paul assed it and it was unfixable within the same day I’ve had a new one fitted and the old one taken away absolutely great, reliable service – couldn’t recommend highly enough!!!

It’s not often that the opportunity arises to thank a business person for being honest but that happened earlier to day. I switched on my washing machine and after a few minutes heard and saw a trickle of water coming from the base of the machine which I’ve had for 20 years. I started to mop the floor and contacted a guy who I’ve called on in the past (Paul at Ackomatics). I left a message on his mobile and shortly after he rang back and he went through some simple things that could be causing the leak, sure enough we figured out the solution over the phone. Paul could have made a house visit and charged me accordingly. He didn’t and I thanked him for being honest. Will always recommend Paul.

Lovely guy and great service. Highly communicative and reliable, came to fix a dryer for me where another repairer had let me down. Thoroughly assessed the dryer and fixed it on the day even though solution was not simple / obvious. Generally a really nice guy too. Definitely recommended.
